About Us

Hi! I’m Tristan/Trizmo of Baked by Trizmo. My focus is in specialty baking. I graduated from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts as a Pastry Chef in 2010, and now I bake for people who have food sensitivities or certain lifestyle choices or beliefs. Most of my desserts are vegan and dairy-free, with some gluten-free as well. 

Whether you’re looking for a celebration treat or just want to enjoy something delicious, I’ve got you covered with all the freshest bakery products available. New to the Vermont community, I'm here to offer you many choices of cupcakes and pastries, all made with locally sourced ingredients and catered to individuals with any sort of dietary restrictions.
