FAQ's

  • How far in advance should I order?
    For most orders I need 7 days notice. I’m always willing to work with people if you need it sooner, but I cannot guarantee it.
  • Do you deliver?
    I can offer delivery with a 25 mile radius of Chelsea, VT for a $15 fee.
  • What happens once I place an order?
    Once you place an order I will work with you on your request. When I have CONFIRMED your order I will request a 50% deposit. Remaining 50% will be due upon fulfillment of the order.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    PayPal, Venmo and Cash in person.
  • I have severe food allergies. Is your kitchen designated gluten-free?
    Unfortunately, no. That being said, I do everything in my power to be mindful of cross-contamination by using separate equipment and tools, but the oven is used for all types of baking.
  • Do you do custom orders?
    Yes. Please email bakedbytrizmo@gmail.com with your specifications. It is useful to know that custom orders take longer to make, so capacity for this type of order is more limited. Please include as many details as possible when inquiring and when you would need it by.
